Software licences are sold on terms agreed at the time of purchase. Payments are non-refundable except where required by the Australian Consumer Law or where Licensor terminates an agreement without cause (see the EULA).

Two Tones Digital may offer web-based or subscription services in the future. Those services will be subject to their own terms or to an updated version of this document. Existing customers will be notified of any changes before they take effect.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Our liability for direct loss is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the relevant event, or R100, whichever is greater.
